Our full-service wedding florals are thoughtfully designed to gather people together around beauty, meaning, and celebration. From our first conversation to the final placement of each stem, we approach your wedding florals as a collaborative and intentional process. We want you to feel like your florals reflect your story and your personality as a couple.

We begin with an initial consultation
to understand your vision and the atmosphere you hope to create.

We curate a mood board and begin sourcing your florals, keeping with the color palette, textures, and overall aesthetic of your day. We will start by sourcing from local farms and growers, resorting to imported blooms only as needed.

Decorative elements such as vessels, arches, installations, and tablescape details are selected or designed to complement both your florals and your venue.

More than just florals, the full service option also provides venue layout and design, ensuring that each space flows seamlessly, from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception. Every arrangement is placed with intention, creating moments that invite guests to linger, gather, and experience the beauty surrounding them.

On your wedding day, we handle
all delivery, installation, and styling, allowing you to be fully present and at peace. The result is a floral experience that feels cohesive, meaningful, and unmistakably yours.

à la carte
Our à la carte wedding florals are designed for couples who value beautiful, thoughtfully gathered florals while keeping their wedding day simple and budget-conscious. This option offers a selection of essential floral pieces, created with the same care and attention to detail as our full-service designs and always keeping with the style reflective of The Gathered Stem aesthetic.
Just like the full-service option the à la carte process begins with a consultation to understand your color palette, textures and overall wedding aesthetic to ensure that you absolutely love the final product.

You will choose the pieces you need and when the day of your event arrives the florals will be available for pickup or simple delivery (flat-rate delivery fee of $65). Additional set up fee may be required for more complex designs.

The à la carte option is a perfect choice for intimate weddings, elopements, or couples who love our style but prefer a more streamlined and budget friendly approach. This is also a great option for DIY brides who may want to make their own bouquets and centerpieces but want us to install the larger ceremony displays. Items can be chosen to suit your needs.*
